What you can Expect from All Tech Appliance Service
Flat Rate Pricing
We charge a flat rate fee based on the type and/or brand of appliance to be serviced. This charge includes all trips to your location, any necessary return visits and whatever time it takes to diagnose and repair the appliance. This flat rate covers most typical appliance repairs, however, jobs requiring excessive time, two technicians, or refrigeration sealed system jobs will be priced at their own rate. Rest assured you will be provided a complete estimate before any work is done so you know what to expect.
Payments
All services are performed on a C.O.D. basis. We currently accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.
Re-quoting a Repair
On a rare basis, a technician may give a quote that cannot be fulfilled. This can happen for several reasons including; the original part is no longer available, the part or labor price changes, or the repair requires additional updated assemblies. We will do our best to keep the repair cost as affordable as possible. Should the cost exceed a reasonable amount, you have the option of a deposit refund.
Parts Orders
All Tech Appliance is backed by multiple local and nationwide parts distribution centers to virtually guarantee the parts needed for a repair are available. Sometimes it is necessary to order special parts that are unique to your appliance model. In this case we order your part as soon as possible using our state of the art system. Parts orders usually take between 3 and 14 working days. Your job quote includes standard shipping. Should you request a rush order, we can arrange it at an additional cost.
Deposits
Due to manufactures policies, once we have ordered a part, we cannot stop or cancel it. We require a deposit that is equal to the price of the parts and the service call charge.
Refunds
If the repair cannot be completed do to an unforeseen difficulty such as a part that is no longer available or a diagnosis that is changed, we offer a refund of your deposit less your service call charges. Please allow 10 working days for processing of refunds.
Discounts and Coupons
We offer online specials and discounts available through select business partners. Discounts and coupons are valid during normal working hour and must be presented during time of diagnosis. Coupons cannot be combined with other specials or offers and must be disclosed prior to the completion of the service call.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our six-month warranty period, we’ll return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has to do with the original repair, we’ll fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we’ll treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house.
Inclement Weather
We don’t get many snow days in the Portland area, but if it does fall, we will make every attempt to get to any scheduled service calls in a safe manner. We do reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service calls if we feel it is unsafe for our technicians to be on the roads.
