All Tech Appliance was created by appliance technicians who set out to provide customers a service experience they can’t get anywhere else. We believe in running an honest professional service company that does not seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary repairs. We also believe that a good reputation and providing consistent service will reap bigger rewards in the long run. By being trustworthy, we seek to enjoy a long term profitable business that serves our community, our family and our customers.
Brian A. Dawson - A 21 year veteran of the field service industry, Brian created All Tech Appliance Service to provide the consumer an alternative to typical big box service, or just some guy in a van. Prior to starting All Tech, Brian has been a technician, trainer and service manager in the industry. Brian attends annual manufacturer training classes both locally and during national service conventions to help maintain his technical proficiency, and participates in technical discussions with other independent service providers to gain and share knowledge. He is a graduate of David Douglas High School in south east Portland, holds a degree in electronic engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute, spent 10 years in the US Navy with the cargo handling force, and is a Master Certified Appliance Professional. Brian is also the webmaster for All Tech as well as the creator of our Blog posts. When not servicing appliances, he helps people to better understand their appliances and even assists do it yourselfers with their own repairs at his appliance repair blog website TechnicianBrian.com. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, is an avid reader when the time presents itself, and likes to fly radio control helicopters just for fun. Born and raised in Portland, Brian can’t think of a better place to live and work, but when given the opportunity, he does enjoy visiting Las Vegas with his wife to experience great food and entertainment, and Disneyland with the family.
